Keys to the Game:
1. Re-integrate Stodemire into the line-up. He’s been gone awhile and the way this team has been playing its important for Stoudemire to not disrupt this chemistry. Play him his twenty minutes, get him some touches and get ready for the playoffs.
2. Carmelo Anthony posted 18.7 points, 4.3 rebounds and 4.0 assists in three games. Tyson Chandler averaged 12.7 points and 12.0 rebounds in three meetings. Cleveland was led by Antawn Jamison‘s 17.0 and 7.3 rebounds in three games versus New York. Kyrie Irving added 14.5 points and 7.0 assists in two games. The Knicks are going to need a big performance again out of Anthony tonight.
3. The Cavaliers are in full on tank mode right now. Nothing else really needs to be said about this.
4. Jeffries is doubtful, Lin is out.
5. Howard is out for the season for Orlando, leaving the door open for the Knicks to have a legit chance to grab the sixth seed. They need tonights game if that will be even a remote possibility. The Magic finish with 3 out of 4 road games against the Jazz, Nuggets and Grizzlies who are all fighting for playoff seeding. Their only home game is against the Bobcats. The Knicks finish up on the road against Cleveland, Atlanta and Charlotte with a home contest against the Clippers. The Knicks also have the tie-breaker against Orlando so 3-1 by the Knicks and 1-3 by the Magic will get this done. It can happen.
