via STATTV:

If Amar’e can implement any of this into his repertoire and develop a semblance of a post game, he will be a greater asset to the offense and possibly more compatible with Carmelo. Only time will tell how much Amar’e gained from this week of training, but I wouldn’t count out the possibility that this could have a huge impact on his game. Stoudemire is a hard worker who developed a jump shot later in his career and I can definitely see him busting it in the gym to make himself a post presence. This could radically transform the way teams have to defend this Knicks, who at this point have offense coming out of the post.
